Summary

I created programmatic landing pages, marketing emails, and direct mail pieces for an Anthem Healthcare campaign in California. The campaign targeted existing Medicare Advantage members during open enrollment, with the goal of retaining those customers for the next year.

The messaging was tailored to two key segments:

  • Members who needed to select a new health plan
  • Members who were eligible to keep their current plan but might need financial assistance

Each design included dynamic form fields for personalized data like phone numbers and customer details, which were populated programmatically.
